Microbial Solution of Growth-Promoting Bacteria Sprayed on Monoammonium Phosphate for Soybean and Corn Production

چکیده

Common fertilizers present a low use efficiency caused by nutrient losses (e.g., through leaching, volatilization, adsorption, and precipitation in solution as well microbial reduction immobilization) that create significant limiting factor crop production. Inoculation with Plant Growth-Promoting Bacteria (PGPB) is presented an alternative to increasing fertilizer efficiency. The goal of the study was test hypothesis PGPB (solution Bacillus subtilis, amyloliquefaciens, licheniformis, pumilus) can be strategy increase monoammonium phosphate (MAP) efficiency, root growth, assimilation soybean corn cultivated arenosol oxisol. A greenhouse developed rates (rates: 0, 1, 1.33, 1.66–2.0 L per ton fertilizer) sprayed on MAP applied oxisol corn. Results showed both soils crops, there variation soil biological activity during experiment. On day 45, + promoted beta-glucosidase ammonium-oxidizing microorganism activities arenosol. increased growth crops. dry matter associated phosphorous content soil, indicating absorbed plants, consequently resulting higher accumulation plant. Based results, conclusion increases oxisol, direct effect rooting.

Effect of plant growth-promoting bacteria on the growth and fructan production of Agave americana L.

The effect of plant growth-promoting bacteria inoculation on plant growth and the sugar content in Agave americana was assessed. The bacterial strains ACO-34A, ACO-40, and ACO-140, isolated from the A. americana rhizosphere, were selected for this study to evaluate their phenotypic and genotypic characteristics. The three bacterial strains were evaluated via plant inoculation assays, and Azospi...

Seed production in corn and soybean

Seed production is one of the least visible yet most important aspects of food and feed production. This part of the system is often taken for granted, even by the farmers who plant the seed. One of the reasons is that much of the seed in the United States is provided by the private sector, particularly for corn and soybean. Also, seed production is a technical process that requires in-depth kn...

Life cycle of the corn-soybean agroecosystem for biobased production.

Biobased product life cycle assessments (LCAs) have focused largely on energy (fossil fuel) usage and greenhouse gas emissions during the agriculture and production stages. This paper compiles a more comprehensive life cycle inventory (LCI) for use in future bioproduct LCAs that rely on corn or soybean crops as feedstocks. The inventory includes energy, C, N, P, major pesticides, and U.S. EPA c...

Effect of Co-Application of Auxin-Producing Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria and Tryptophan on Wheat Growth under Water Stress Conditions

Auxin produced by plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPR) in the wheat rhizosphere, can improve plant yield under water deficit stress condition. To investigate this issue, a completely randomized factorial design with three replications was conducted under greenhouse condition at the University of Maragheh, Eastern-Azarbayjan, Iran during 2019. Treatments were two types of growth-promoting bact...
